oceanfront view artwork detail design touch loud music late noise closed shop
i adored the premier life oceanfront view king room. the view overlooked the ocean. there were thoughtful design touches i noticed throughout the space like unique artwork.
the hotel music was too loud i could hear it until late. a shop was not open late. there was an issue of noise in my room until 1 am.

amazing view great food fresh ingredients frustrating process room cockroach bed toenails
the suite had an amazing view, i liked it. the buffet restaurant had great food and fresh ingredients. the kids club kept my children entertained, that helped me a lot.
the valet parking was a frustrating process, it took too long. i found cockroaches on the floor in my room, it was very unpleasant. my first room had toenails scattered around the bed, i found it disgusting.

mixed feelings about my stay
excessive noise inadequate warning
i was a little disappointed with my stay. the noise level was excessive. a party near the pool went on until 5:30 am. i wish i had been warned so i could have prepared myself better. buying earplugs should not be necessary in a hotel of this supposed standard.

the staff smiled and helped a lot. rabina gave me a nice gift and shared some good restaurant recommendations.
my room had a cigarette smell. it came through the ventilation. also, a dj played loud music which was a chaotic experience at the reception.

the hotel includes shopping malls, casinos and restaurants within the same building. the variety of dining and entertainment options were good. the convenience of having these amenities in one location was a plus.
